A reputable company located in New Cairo is hiring a Sales Manager in the field of Construction
Job Description:
- Aggressively grow contribution margin and sales at existing accounts and new accounts as well as develop opportunity pipeline and closing new opportunities
- Develop Market/Sales strategy for construction sector, identification of un-met market needs and business opportunities, and new business development.
- Prepare and implement action plans for each key account in accordance with overall sales and profit targets.
- Maintain excellent Local market data
- Proactively identify gaps with strategic plan and develop corrective action plans to deliver on commitments.
- Develop and nurture network at all levels of the customer organization. Ensure the customer remains at the heart of all internal processes with a view to continuously secure profitable growth objectives
- Plan and lead negotiations selling value over product
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Sciences, Business, Marketing or other related discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of professional work experience, working in construction raw material manufacturer or distribution firm – preferably multinational one
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and deliver presentations.
- Influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business acumen.
- Perfect English is a must.
