An international company located in El Obour City is hiring a Sales Supervisor
Jop Description:
- Supervise the sales activities in terms of directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Coordinate the implementation of the sales plans.
- Responsible for maximizing sales and profits in the territory.
- Follow up sales representatives’ performance evaluations (call reports – weekly plan and monthly sheet –lost deals – cancellation) and provide feedback.
- Supervise the team to achieve all sales targets.
- Supervise development plan of the team’s skills through on the job training.
- Supervise the sales operations to generate new sales deals.
- Handle key customers’ complaints.
- Implement market and competitor study to be handled to sales manager.
- Direct sales representatives to close deals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
