An international company located in El Obour is hiring a Sales Manager
- Develop sales activities, balancing objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Implement sales strategy agreed and establish objectives and sales plans.
- Implement and cascade sales plans to expand customers’ base in the market.
- Manage the sales team daily efforts and daily visits.
- Achieve annual budget and forecast
- Implement the business plan and set the clients’ target priority.
- Set the sales targets for each region sales person based on the requirements raised up each quarter and based on the results of the previous quarter.
- Prepare proper reporting system for top management
- Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
