A reputable company located in Dokki, Giza is hiring an administration manager
Job Description :
- Upgrade of firm’s administrative system, including work procedures.
- Organization of work journeys and trips; calculating and managing per diems; management and maintenance of field equipment, and management of firm correspondences.
- Keeping personnel records and follow up on official governmental requirements concerning human resources.
- Keeping records and following up personnel vacations and overtime.
- Supervision and follow up on all office maintenance requirements (tools, equipment, assets, vehicles and their licensing, electrical works, plumbing, etc.).
- Management and follow up of contracts for services provided to the firm, such as medical insurance contracts.
- Registration of the firm with different governmental and non-governmental entities, as required, and follow up of registration requirements and renewal.

Qualifications :
- Computer Skills: Goodin MS office suit
- Language Proficiency: Good inArabic and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor Degree: B.Sc. in relevant field
- Experience Background :10+ years of experience in similar positions
- Excellent supervision, communication and coordination skills
- Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and systems
