A reputable company located near Cornish El Nile is hiring an Office Manager
Job Description:
- Communicate and interact professionally with key executives as well as their Executive Assistants at the client site as well as senior management within the firm.
- Uses an organized and systematic approach to achieve results in the most efficient and productive manner.
- Answer and screen incoming calls in a professional manner while providing assistance and obtaining accurate information.
- Able to routinely handle sensitive/confidential information where the highest level of discretion is expected.
- Schedule meetings, organize and maintain Outlook calendars.
- Able to understand challenges facing Senior Partner and be able to manage/reschedule priorities effectively.
- Follow through on client and group projects.
- Analyze and summarize incoming communications.
- Set up, proof, compile, create and distribute high standard business correspondence including memos, letters, e-mail presentation material and written statements with little or no guidance.
- Proofread documents for grammar, content and accuracy
- Create and maintain electronic/hard copy files system
- Manage travel arrangements for both international and domestic business trips
- Coordinate and plan all aspects of meetings/conferences
- Compile materials for meetings.
- Distributions of specific briefings to email distribution list.
- Able to perform in unique and changing environment by responding effectively to changes and deadlines.
- Display an appropriate sense of urgency, practicality, and integrity.
- Display positive, professional attitude and presence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, in a large corporate environment preferred
- Excellent organizational ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant, positive demeanor
- Creative problem-solving; ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues
- Ability to manage time with a minimum of direction or supervision
- Ability to interpret difficult situations, exercise good judgment/decision making when necessary
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to multi-task in a high-stressed environment
- High flexibility - ability to constantly prioritize/reassess multi-functional position
