Head of Engineering Department is required in a well-known engineering solutions provider specializing in industrial systems and turnkey projects, based in Obour City.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
- Develop and execute department strategies for delivering technically excellent, profitable projects.
- Oversee production, quality control, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Approve engineering plans, cost estimates, and product designs.
- Manage the EngOps budget and direct capital investments.
- Build and lead a high-performing team through effective hiring and performance management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 10+ years of engineering management experience in industrial or contracting sectors.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience in projects, manufacturing, industrial, EPC, or technology environments is preferred.
