“Sales Manager” is required for a well-known Engineering Services company located in Cairo


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market share in the oil and lubricants sector.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring performance goals and KPIs are achieved.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the oilfield and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to provide tailored product solutions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in lubricants and oilfield sales is a must.
  • Proven track record in managing sales operations and achieving growth targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
