“Brand Store Manager” is required in an international luxury fashion retail located in Corniche El Nil, Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and store performance.
- Analyze sales data, forecast future trends, and plan accordingly.
- Handle VIP clients and manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store layout to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with HR to implement performance-based reward systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
- Work closely with Marketing to enhance customer experience and store traffic.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer trends, and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant major.
- 12-15 years of experience in the retail industry preferably in Luxury.
- Proven experience in team management with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and selling abilities.
- High proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
