"Senior Account Manager" is required for a reputable Events Management and Media Production company located in El Nozha, Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop detailed proposals including concepts, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless planning and execution.
- Oversee on-site event operations and handle any issues.
- Report project progress through workflow tools.
- Analyze event outcomes and gather client feedback.
- Support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in account management, client services, or event planning.
- Excellent English is a must.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
