"Territory Sales Manager" is required for A multinational Lubricants company located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the yearly marketing plan in the assigned channel.
- Prepare monthly targets by customer and a detailed action plan for sales of lubricants by product/pack.
- Carry out weekly sales reports and monthly forecast reports with the highest possible accuracy.
- Collect all outstanding dues and align with the agreed payment terms for each customer.
- Prospect for new business and actively grow the size of the business.
- Develop cross-selling with card services & fuel teams to reach comprehensive deals.
- Keep close contact with customers, handle and negotiate tenders, and prepare/amend contracts.
- Carry out pricing studies in tenders compared to the competition.
- Help and support in providing customers with the required technical support.
- Contribute to the implementation and the respect of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) policies, the company safety rules, Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance, and Integrity Policies, and due diligence.
- Apply the entire ethical approach and code of conduct values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (lubricants/industrial).
- Fluency in English is a Must.
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and relationship-building skills.
