A reputable company located in Mohandeseen is hiring an Executive Secretary (Female Only)

Job Description:

Handling all paper work related to the Markeing Manager
Handling all the travel arrangements ( Bookings, ..etc.)
Filing and arranging all documents and catalogues related to the boss.
Taking minutes during his meetings with the department (if needed)
Arranging his meeting schedules
Handling all phone calls only related the Manager

Qualifications:

Gender : Female Only
Years of Experience : 4-6 years.
Computer Skills : Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite
Language Proficiency : Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
