A multinational company located in Alexandria is requesting an Office Manager position (only females).
Job Description:
- Preparing presentations for the department.
- Inventory Management including asset labeling & stock control.
- Supervision of bookings for flights, hotels …..etc & staff transportation in work trips.
- Organizing internal and external events.
- Seek and implement improvements within the office and in the provision of support services.
- Supervise and insure a perfect level of cleanliness, food & beverage for the staff in all the Co. offices.
- Seek and implement improvements within the office and in the provision of support services.
- Prepare and control Admin. department yearly budget.
- Handle and follow up Co. Assets/ offices Insurance.
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience:4-6
- Experience Background: Administration
- Computer Skills: Good in Microsoft Office
- Language proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and Egnlish ( written and spoken )
