A multinational company located in Alexandria is requesting an Office Manager position (only females).


Job Description:
  • Preparing presentations for the department.
  • Inventory Management including asset labeling & stock control.
  • Supervision of bookings for flights, hotels …..etc & staff transportation in work trips.
  • Organizing internal and external events.
  • Seek and implement improvements within the office and in the provision of support services.
  • Supervise and insure a perfect level of cleanliness, food & beverage for the staff in all the Co. offices.
  • Seek and implement improvements within the office and in the provision of support services.
  • Prepare and control Admin. department yearly budget.
  • Handle and follow up Co. Assets/ offices Insurance.
Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience:4-6
  • Experience Background: Administration
  • Computer Skills: Good in Microsoft Office
  • Language proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and Egnlish ( written and spoken )
