A multinational company located in Heliopolis is hiring an Administrative Assistant


Job Description:
  • Operative management of the office, and assistance to technicians;
  • Secretarial and back office activities;
  • Administration of sales, production process and invoicing;
  • Office reception and switchboard management (including mail management);
  • Scheduling and logistic for the jobs of technicians (jobs, audits);
  • Control of time reporting;
  • Coverage of activities ancillary to accounting (e.g. control of expense reimbursement; manage cash advances to the employees; etc.).
  • Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable;
  • Administration of personnel logs (holidays, days off, presences etc.)
Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience : 4-6 years
  • Bachelor Degree: Accounting
  • Experience Background :Administrative activities in Oil & Gas sector
  • Computer Skills : Excellent in Microsoft Office
  • Language proficiency : Excellent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
