A multinational company located in Heliopolis is hiring a Head of Administration
Job Description:
- Preparing presentations for the department.
- Inventory Management including asset labeling & stock control
- Supervision of bookings for flights, hotels …..etc & staff transportation in work trips.
- Organizing internal and external events
- Seek and implement improvements within the office and in the provision of support services.
- Supervise and insure a perfect level of cleanliness, food & beverage for the staff in all the Co. offices
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Prepare and control Admin. department yearly budget
- Supervise the Co. Assets/ offices Insurance contracts
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience:4-6
- Experience Background: Administration
- Computer Skills: Good in Microsoft Office
- Language proficiency: Excellent in English and Arabic ( written and spoken )
