A multinational company located in Heliopolis is hiring a Head of Administration


Job Description:
  • Preparing presentations for the department.
  • Inventory Management including asset labeling & stock control
  • Supervision of bookings for flights, hotels …..etc & staff transportation in work trips.
  • Organizing internal and external events
  • Seek and implement improvements within the office and in the provision of support services.
  • Supervise and insure a perfect level of cleanliness, food & beverage for the staff in all the Co. offices
  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards
  • Prepare and control Admin. department yearly budget
  • Supervise the Co. Assets/ offices Insurance contracts

Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience:4-6
  • Experience Background: Administration
  • Computer Skills: Good in Microsoft Office
  • Language proficiency: Excellent in English and Arabic ( written and spoken )
