HR & Admin Manager is required for a multinational PMC company located in Cairo


Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the project HR function in alignment with corporate HR policies and local labor laws.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for newly mobilized staff.
  • Ensure timely completion of employment contracts, documentation, and statutory registrations.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for project staff, handling day-to-day HR matters and employee concerns.
  • Support performance evaluation processes and coordination of appraisal cycles.
  • Promote a positive, professional, and compliant workplace environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with Egypt labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and attendance systems.
  • Coordinate visa, work permit, and relocation support for expatriate staff, if applicable.
  • Interface with project management, finance, legal, and corporate HR teams.
  • Prepare regular HR reports related to manpower status, turnover, compliance, and payroll coordination.
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to HR and labor compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field Familiarity with FIDIC or similar standard construction contract formats.
  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in project-based or construction / PMCM environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale building or infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience with Indian labor laws, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance Strong attention to detail in documentation, data management, and compliance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, manpower planning, and project HR administration.
  • Familiarity with EPC, PMC, or PMCM organizational structures.
