“HR Director” is required for a well-known Industrial Engineering company located in Downtown


Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and refine organizational development (OD) strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and oversee job analysis, job evaluation, organizational structuring, job descriptions, KPI setting, and workflow mapping.
  • Develop and manage a performance management system (including appraisals, continuous feedback, KPI tracking, and talent development).
  • Facilitate change initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Forecast staffing needs and proactively plan recruitment pipelines to prevent reactive hiring.
  • Regularly refine recruitment workflows by leveraging technologies such as recruitment analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with hiring section heads to define required skills and qualifications; craft effective job descriptions aligned with business goals.
  • Assess applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and support collaborative decision-making with department heads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 14+ years of experience in HR, particularly in industrial or engineering companies (excluding construction, real estate, and pharmaceuticals).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in organizational development, performance management, and HR transformation.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing HR teams and building capacity, especially in family-owned or local firms.
  • Hands-on experience with HR ERP systems, particularly Oracle HR modules (e.g., performance, job structures, workforce modeling).
