“Head of HR” is required in a reputable Distribution & Retail company located in Obour City


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Formulate and recommend Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.
  • Design, direct, and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
  • Manage a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company, and make recommendations to executive management.
  • Identify and monitor the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
  • Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, staff training, salaries, and benefits administration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior HR management or director-level role.
  • Fluency in English is a Must.
  • A strong background in Retail, Distribution, or Cosmetics Distribution industries is a must.
  • Hands-on expertise in all HR modules, with a primary focus on Performance Management.
  • Proven track record in Organizational Development, Employee Relations, and Change Management.
  • Experience managing HR functions for a workforce of 400+ employees.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop HR teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or SPHR are a plus.
