“Head of HR” is required in a reputable Distribution & Retail company located in Obour City
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Formulate and recommend Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.
- Design, direct, and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
- Manage a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company, and make recommendations to executive management.
- Identify and monitor the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, staff training, salaries, and benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior HR management or director-level role.
- Fluency in English is a Must.
- A strong background in Retail, Distribution, or Cosmetics Distribution industries is a must.
- Hands-on expertise in all HR modules, with a primary focus on Performance Management.
- Proven track record in Organizational Development, Employee Relations, and Change Management.
- Experience managing HR functions for a workforce of 400+ employees.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop HR teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or SPHR are a plus.
