Sales Manager is required to well-known industrial company located in Cairo


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee daily operations of the retail store including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
  • Train, mentor, and manage a team of sales associates.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate promotional events and sales campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest retail trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage budgets and monitor financial performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a retail manager.
  • Proven experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
