“Service Quotation Engineer” is required for a multinational HVAC machinery manufacturing company located in Heliopolis, Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Maximize customer and order acquisition in line with the company’s strategy.
- Take full responsibility for service and equipment sales, as well as customer development within the assigned sales territory, by providing technical and commercial expertise and building strong partnerships.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the quotation process from initial contact to project fulfillment handover.
- Focus on preparing service agreement quotations, developing detailed cost estimates, and optimizing job costs.
- Work on customer acquisition, development, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Support Account Managers by preparing quotes and cost estimates, with limited direct customer interaction.
- Provide technical and pricing support to both the sales team and customers.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and develop project scopes based on the Account Managers’ design-build requirements.
- Oversee the full quotation cycle, including order entry, validation, and handling customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, machinery, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail.
