“Chemical Sales Engineer” is required for a Leading Trade Chemical Distributor Company located in Heliopolis.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential new clients in the plastics manufacturing industry.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for plastics products, including client engagement, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct regular visits to all clients in the assigned portfolio to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical team to plan and conduct on-site product trials at client factories.
- Attend factory trials to explain product usage and ensure proper application procedures.
- Prepare and present customized offers based on client needs and market conditions.
- Negotiate prices, terms of payment, and delivery schedules with customers in coordination with the sales manager.
- Research customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to position products effectively.
- Expand sales territory by securing new accounts and increasing sales volume from new business opportunities.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports including pipeline status and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in plastics, polymers, or performance chemicals industries.
- Strong technical understanding of plastics processing and chemical applications.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
