"Insurance Renewal & Retention Executive" is required for a newly established insurance company in Egypt, launched by a leading multinational bank, located in Dokki


Responsibilities:
  • Lead Onboarding activities, including but not limited to member presentations, employee health awareness programs.
  • Responsible for Customer Retention by driving service strategies, technology enhancements, process enhancements, and other initiatives.
  • Co-ordinate Renewal process, including gathering of all renewal documentation required to present to clients (utilization reports, TAT reports).
  • Ensure proper and smooth client onboarding as per SLA.
  • Maintain client relationship during the policy year (visit clients, complaints, and escalation handling, reports discussion) as per commitment.
  • Effective coordination with external and internal stakeholders for client solution from design to implementation as per SLA.
  • Successfully conduct renewal activities as per SLA.
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions, internal reports, and documented processes as per protocol.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2 years of experience in the Insurance / Finance industry
  • Fluency in English is a Must
  • Proven track record of working in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to prepare and analyse reports/dashboards.
