"Insurance Renewal & Retention Executive" is required for a newly established insurance company in Egypt, launched by a leading multinational bank, located in Dokki
Responsibilities:
- Lead Onboarding activities, including but not limited to member presentations, employee health awareness programs.
- Responsible for Customer Retention by driving service strategies, technology enhancements, process enhancements, and other initiatives.
- Co-ordinate Renewal process, including gathering of all renewal documentation required to present to clients (utilization reports, TAT reports).
- Ensure proper and smooth client onboarding as per SLA.
- Maintain client relationship during the policy year (visit clients, complaints, and escalation handling, reports discussion) as per commitment.
- Effective coordination with external and internal stakeholders for client solution from design to implementation as per SLA.
- Successfully conduct renewal activities as per SLA.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, internal reports, and documented processes as per protocol.
Qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2 years of experience in the Insurance / Finance industry
- Fluency in English is a Must
- Proven track record of working in a customer service environment.
- Ability to prepare and analyse reports/dashboards.
