“Commercial Policy Operations Processor” is required for a newly established Medical Insurance Company, launched by a Leading Multinational Bank, located in Dokki.
Responsibilities:
- To manage, monitor and ensure effective service delivery and to ensure that all requests (New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, Certificates) are booked and issued within defined SLA.
- To ensure that all requests are issued as per internal guidelines / policies (Processes, Memos, Email Instructions, logging of customer complaints, tracker of error and any other).
- Active Participation by self and team in Testing as per Guidelines.
- To ensure that all requests (New Business, Renewals, Endorsements) are booked and issued within defined SLA.
- To ensure that all requests are issued as per internal guidelines / policies (Processes, Memos, Email Instructions, logging of customer complaints, tracker of error and any other).
- To ensure that all requests are issued accurately.
- Active Participation in Testing as per guidelines and to make sure that the testing is carried out timely and accurately.
- Others task prescribed by the Line Manager: Project, Report, coordination with IT.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- 2+ years of experience in working experience in insurance industry required.
- Excellent command of English Language is a must.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel.
