A multinational company located in 6th of October is hiring a Customer Service Agent


Job Description :
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries concerning products and/or services
  • Processing customer orders in SAP system after checking the pricing and ensure timely and accurate invoices are in place.
  • Ensure timely communications with our (3rd party suppliers ) to ensure orders delivery on time.
  • Coordinate with the responsible collector(s) to ensure the invoices are delivered on time to the customers.
  • Attend and resolve the disputed invoices on time and communicate the new amended invoices to the related collector(s) and customers.
Qualifications :
  • 2 to 3 years related experience in customer service on pharmaceutical ,medical care ,FMCG or industrial companies.
  • Experience on handling different customer segments (B2B) , (B2C) & (B2G) is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • SAP user is preferred.
  • Good knowledge on excel is advantage.
  • Multinational experience is advantage.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
