A multinational company located in 6th of October is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor


Job Description :
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries concerning products and/or services and troubleshoots solutions to non-functioning products or services and identifying solutions Independently applying subject matter expertise to track, analyze, report, and apply the most appropriate course of action for particular area of responsibility.
  • Processing customer orders in SAP system after checking the pricing and ensure timely and accurate invoices are in place.
  • Ensure timely communications with our logistics provider’s warehouse for handling the outbound orders to the customers within the agreed deadlines as required by customers.
  • Coordinate with the responsible collector(s) to ensure the invoices are delivered on time to the customers.
  • Attend and resolve the disputed invoices on time and communicate the new amended invoices to the related collector(s) and customers
  • Maintain documentation and reporting according to established guidelines as may be required by specific job responsibilities
Qualifications :
  • Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
  • Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor Degree:Preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
