Egyptian Saudi Company located in 5th Settlement is hiring a Mechanical Team Leader


Responsibilities:

  • Implements specific Plumbing & fire-fighting engineering works in accordance with the work program of a project or as requested within his Section.
  • Organizes and supervises the work of engineers and draftsmen allocated to him and provides relevant support and/or advice to project teams as applicable.
  • Responsible for efficient and effective design of Plumbing & fire-fighting engineering works, preparation of drawings, contract documents, etc.
  • Liaises as directed with consulting engineers, and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.
  • Undertakes special and/or project assignments as required by the Plumbing & Fire Fighting Section Head or his responsible Principal Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer, as applicable.

Requirements:

  • Years of Experience : 4-6 years
  • Knowledge of Plumbing & Fire Fighting design standards and codes
  • Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers and related software, including CAD tools, ELITE calculation program and Word Processing Software.
  • Knowledge of procedure and terminology for designing; writing specifications; and performing construction support, design review, and project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with persons at all levels
  • Strong analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, team-player skills
  • Ability to transfer knowledge to others in the design and preparation of drawings, specifications and estimates to use in the course of design
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and directives
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Ability to motivate staff through proper direction and counseling.
