Job Description:
  • Handle administrative requests and queries.
  • Organize and schedule daily office needs.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Receive, sort and distribute the mails.
  • Handle multiple tasks.
  • Cover the reception desl when required.
  • Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • Gender : Female.
  • Years of Experience : Fresh grads to 2 years of experience.
  • Age : 20-25 years old.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and after working hours.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
