- Be familiar with social media ( facebook and linkedin ) to write and post the requested vacancies.
- Evaluate and screen CVs and resumes
- Schedule interviews
- Deal with clients and candidates.
- Maintain a complete record of clients and companies.
- Attend job fairs and careers events.
- Graduated from language or international school is a Must.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration (not a must) or in any other field.
- Years of experience : fresh grads or maximum 1 year of experience.
- Gender : Male or Female.
- Language Proficiency : Excellent in Arabic and English ( written, spoken and listen ), another language is a bonus.
- Computer skills : familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work under pressure.
- Possesses excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within the deadline.
- Target oriented.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Exhibits strong listening skills and dealing with unsatisfying clients.
- Strong Organizational skills.
