One of the big instructors in Human Resources located in Sheraton is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator


Job Description:
  • Be familiar with social media ( facebook and linkedin ) to write and post the requested vacancies.
  • Evaluate and screen CVs and resumes
  • Schedule interviews
  • Deal with clients and candidates.
  • Maintain a complete record of clients and companies.
  • Attend job fairs and careers events.

Qualifications:
  • Graduated from language or international school is a Must.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration (not a must) or in any other field.
  • Years of experience : fresh grads or maximum 1 year of experience.
  • Gender : Male or Female.
  • Language Proficiency : Excellent in Arabic and English ( written, spoken and listen ), another language is a bonus.
  • Computer skills : familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work under pressure. 
  • Possesses excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within the deadline.
  • Target oriented.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively.
  • Exhibits strong listening skills and dealing with unsatisfying clients.
  • Strong Organizational skills.
