A multinational company located in Gesr El Suez is hiring a Client Relationship Officer
Job Description:
- Achieve the disbursement targets set for it by serving specific target areas through field visit
- Study the loan application carefully and develop the appropriate recommendation on the application
- Disbursing the approved loans to customers, reminding them of the payment mechanism and informing the customers whose request was rejected due to the refusal and informing them of the necessary requirements for completing the loan application
- Follow-up of customers on a monthly basis, remind them of payment dates, and collect any late payments from customers according to the company's policy and procedures, focusing on the role of field follow-up in the collection process
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience:Fresh only
- Bachelor Degree: Yes
- Experience Background: Preferred experience in fileds insurance, sales and credit
- Computer Skills: Good in Microsoft Office Suite
- Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and Good in English ( written and spoken )
