A multinational company will be located in Egypt is hiring a Credit Manager
Job Description:
- Manage, monitor and control the credit and collection functions
- Coordinate with all departments who generate leads
- Give final loan approval depending on authority level
- Ensure smooth workflow and reduced turnaround time
- Conduct daily and monthly reports
- Supervise collection staff
- Manage, monitor, and control the credit team
- Follow up on the collection portfolio with credit and collection staff
- Maintain a healthy loan portfolio and delinquency levels
- Recommend amendments to credit policy as deemed necessary
- Abide by group policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Academic Qualifications :Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related fields
- Required Language: Excellent Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Work experience :5 to 7 years of experience in Retail banking, specifically Credit
- Ability to travel for trainingis a MUST
