Job Description:
  • Represents financeon th e company executive Committee, ensures the efficient and economic operation of the FINANCE Division providing services and support to other
  • Divisions as required, maintaining equipment, buildings and grounds in optimum condition.
  • Conducts weekly Finance Meetings, ensuring all meetings are well planned, efficientand results oriented.
  • Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.
  • Ensure all employees providea courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Handles client and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
  • knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to rules and regulations established in the company policies.
  • Take an activeinvolvement in the Welfare, Safety, Development and well being of employees providing advice, counseling and truthful , diplomatic feedback.
  • Ensure high standards of personalpresentation and grooming.
  • Maintains positive clients and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
  • Exercise responsible management and behavior at all times and positively representing the company executive team.
  • Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the industry and company.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years work experience in field of Finance & Accountant.
  • Minimum 3 years experience·as Chief Accountan t/Manager/Assistant Director of Finance in a similar large organisation or firm.
  • Holds a degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferably an MBA or its equivalent.
  • Good reporting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited stand ardization exists.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.
  • Computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office, E-Mai l, and Finance management systems.
  • Fluent English- written and spoken, multi-lingual desirable.
