A joint venture company located in New Cairo is hiring a Production shift Manager (Male Only)
Job Description:
- Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for production department are monitored and targets achieved
- Daily Management of production workers including blue collars
- Maintain plant and equipment hygiene which minimizing product waste during production
- Ensure safe working practices are maintained and ‘Standard Operations’ are adhered to.
- Lead and motivate the team to create a high performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced
- Implement production order as described and continuously suggest operational improvement.
- Make sure quality is monitored throughout production phases and correct quality is maintained.
- Contribute in the improvement of working procedures by constantly looking for solutions to ensure the best productivity results of her/his machinery group and ensuring compliance with procedures, operating instructions and work instructions
- Lead follow up to customer concerns. Identify and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures. Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues
Qualifications:
- Computer Skills : Good in Microsoft Office
- Language Proficiency : Good in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
- Experience Background :Same or relative job
- Years of Experience :4-8 years old
- Gender :Male
- Age range :30-35 years old
