A multinational company located in Sheraton is hiring a Product Manager


Job Description:
  • Provide inputs for the division’s plans and operational budget.
  • Ensure that the division’s policies are developed and periodically reviewed, procedures for various functions are documented and implementation of these policies and procedures is monitored.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, audit, regulatory, risk management and safety requirements and procedures, especially in respect of IP confidentiality and related risks.
  • Maintain efficiency and cost effectiveness of all processes by ensuring that all the technology needs of the business unit are addressed (in coordination with Corporate IT).
  • Build and maintain product value proposition and manage product profitability.
  • Collect and compile, in coordination with the Marketing department, intelligence on government technology needs and competitor technology.
  • Propose a multi-generation product plan incorporating hardware and software components.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with product manufacturers (including Toppan) to develop new functionalities and features. Eventually identify new potential developers of additional features and hold negotiations with them on feasibility, development costs, IP ownership, etc.
  • Guide R&D to constantly enhance product features and develop new innovative features and add-ons to maintain competitive technology.
  • Propose pricing guidelines for all components of the value propositions (printers, consumables, spare parts, maintenance, etc.).

Qualification:
  • Age range: 25-30 years old
  • Bachelor Degree: Business development & Marketing.
  • Experience Background: same field
  • Years of Experience: 7 years & above
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of Arabic/ English.
