Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to clients/customers and non-clients/non-customers.
Quickly assess market opportunities and threats and incorporate the same into Product Vision, Strategy and Principles which culminate in a compelling, motivating narrative for our Product Teams and Stakeholders – both internal and external
Assist in utilizing Big Data to generate actionable product insights.
Develop messaging, training, positioning, and other collateral to be leveraged by extended marketing and sales teams.
Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.
Support and assist with product review as well as exploration and development of new product.
Formulate & establish product performance objectives, normally in consultation with other functions
Retire products at the end of their service life, ensure minimal E&O, and effectively transition sales and customers to the next generation product.
Validate new processes and show that they are an improvement.
Communicate stakeholders' feedback to improve the product.
Education: Bachelor Degree/ Engineering or Marketing background is preferred
Ideal Experience/Exposure: From 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in telecom and IT industry
