A multinational company located in Sheraton is requesting a Customer Service Representative


Job Description:
  • Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organization’s ERP systems and customer purchase orders.
  • Managing customer requests for order changes and updated orders
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers. Receivesinquiries from and/or contacts the organization’s branch/regional offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues.
  • Accesses the company’s ERP System to obtain and extract order information and provide management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports.
  • Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service’s departmental team. and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department as a whole.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of an appropriate system of internal control for all customer POs , Customer Complains.

  • Qualifications:
    • Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office
    • Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic, English and French (written and spoken)
    • Bachelor Degree:Business/ Accounting or others
    • Experience Background:(Order Management, Invoicing, Customer Service)preferably from import/export companies.
    • Years of Experience: 1-3 years
