A multinational company located in 10th of Ramadan City is hiring an IT Helpdesk
Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer systems.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Providing support, including procedural, documentation.
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Follow up the telephone issues according to our contract with the maintenance provider.
- Setup communication devices like telephone, fax and work on telephones management application.
- Inventory for all IT equipment like desktop, laptop, UPS, telephone, printer, scanner, ...
Knowledge:
- Network solutions.
- Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Software installations and troubleshooting.
- Operating systems troubleshooting.
- Telephone system.
- Understanding the concept of DHCP and DNS.
Skills:
- Attempting to eliminate problems before they occur.
- Work under pressure
Other:
Bachelor degree in computer science/ technically faculty
