A leading HR services company located in UAE is hiring a Business Development Supervisor (Preferred Arabic speaker)

Job Description:

Acquire and manage new accounts in alignment with recruitment team for all GCC.
Work towards Maximizing profit and growth through the formulation and development of new plans, initiatives & long-term client relationships.
Offer Recruitment Solutions and HR consultancy services for clients and their employees
Maintain and grow transactions and revenue volumes from assigned database of customers or self-generated leads.
Determine clients recruitment and consultancy needs, suggest solution that will be most effective.
Give professional presentations to clients on company potential clients in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.

Requirements:

BSc Degree in a related field (Business Administration, HR, Marketing)
4 – 6 years of experience in the same role in the HR industry (Training – Recruitment – HR consultancy) in the GCC
Proven track of achievements.
Preferred Arabic speaker & fluent English is a must.
