A reputable company located in Heliopolis is hiring a Sales Manager


Job Description:
  • Prepare annual sales plan and obtain approval of President  to match with the company priorities and goals.
  • Set an action plan to his / her direct reports to achieve the agreed upon sales plan on regular basis. 
  • Deliver the agreed sales revenue plans on regular basis, and monitor results to ensure the achievement of the target results.
  • Identify the potential areas / activities that can contribute to achieve additional sales revenue and prepare the required proposals whenever needed. 
  • Support and provide the management team with various kinds of required reports that could help and participate in reviewing the performance results on regular basis.
  • Coach; Train the staff under his/her leadership to develop their skills that will affect their performance and by turn the overall performance of the company. 
  • Support the sales force staff with all kind of assistance that will enable them to achieve the performance results on regular basis; through coaching, mentoring, job shadowing…etc.
  • Ensure the availability of an effective reporting system within the sales department and between the sales department and other departments. This is to smooth the information exchange to enhance the decision making based on facts. 
  • Review and monitor the staff performance on regular basis to ensure the plan is achieved on time.
  • Develop a motivation system for the staff that will achieve extraordinary results in coordination with the management team to improve the business results in terms of sales revenue.
  •  Prepare an annual appraisal report for department staff and set a developmental plan on the appraisal outcome, such as training …etc. in coordination with the HR department.
  • Set effective communication channels with his team and with all departments in order to achieve smooth relationship with all staff that will satisfy both internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for setting career development plan for his / her direct reports and ensure they do the same for their subordinates. 
  • Qualifications:
    • Age: 25 years and above.
    • Bachelor Degree:
      • Bsc. in Engineering Civil and/or Architect.
    • Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office
    • Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English
