Qualifications:
  • Age: 25-30 years old.
  • Years of Experience: 4-6 years.
  • Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office.
  • Language proficiency: Excellent in Egnlish.

Job Description:
  • Source products; prepare and analyze quote sheets
  • Reviews requisitions and consults with user departments/programs regarding requirements for the procurement of supplies including specifications, quantity, quality, costs and delivery dates.
  • Contacts suppliers for information such as price, delivery dates and quality; selects suppliers, negotiates prices and delivery dates and places orders for a variety of components and supplies.
  • Revise and track changes to existing purchase orders.
  • Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
