Job Description:
- Identifies requesting department’s needs and budgetary requirements and makes recommendations to develop and refine specification for commodities, suppliers or equipment.
- Negotiating with suppliers with a focus on cost, quality , lead time ,contracts and formulating policies
- Prepares bid specifications, legal advertisements, formal bid invitations or requests for proposals; receives and analyzes bids, quotes, proposal, and awards and administers contract.
- Resolves and answers questions regarding purchasing issues with departments and/or vendors.
- Creates and maintains files of purchasing records.
- Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.
Qualifications:
- Age : 30-35 y/o
- Bachelor Degree:Bachelor of Pharmacy - Bachelor of Science
- Experience Background:Food and beverages – Pharma – Carton
- Experience : 7 years and above
- Computer Skills : Excellent in all Microsoft Office
- Language proficiency: Excellent in Egnlish
