Getting the best usage of owned and outsourced equipment.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Allocate required equipment to projects according to Project Managers requirements.
- Hiring drivers and follow up their performance.
- Supervising site reps.
- Preparing equipment needs plan according to projects requirements and decide on owned/outsourced split.
- Recording equipment data.
- Manage heavy trucks with high volume.
KPIs:
- Equipment Utilization (%).
- SLA with Project Managers.
