Senior Architecture Engineer is required in Multinational PMC company located in Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design management and multi-disciplinary technical coordination.
- Propose and implement Value Engineering (VE) solutions during design and construction phases to optimize project costs.
- Manage and control design consultants and construction supervision teams to ensure compliance and fulfill Client requirements.
- Conduct technical reviews of architectural design packages, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Ensure clash-free interfaces, compliance, and high design density across all submittals · Enforce strict document control by tracking, clouding, and annotating all design changes and site variations.
- Monitor design consultants to ensure on-time delivery of engineering packages and Master Drawing Lists (MDL).
Requirements:
- 5 + years of experience as a Senior Architectural Engineer or in a similar senior-level technical role
- Prior experience working with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) companies is a Must
- Strong expertise in multi-disciplinary technical coordination and architectural design management
- Demonstrated track record in executing comprehensive Value Engineering (VE) solutions
- Experience managing design consultants, supervision teams, and client requirements
- Proficient in technical design reviews, shop drawings, material submittals, and clash detection
- Solid background in document management, change tracking, and project schedule control
