Export Sales Manager is required for a well-known FMCG company located in Cairo


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute export strategy for confectionery products.
  • Identify and open new markets and distributors.
  • Achieve export targets (Volume / Value / Profitability).
  • Manage and lead the Export Sales team, ensuring proper task allocation, follow-up, and performance monitoring.
  • Evaluate team performance and implement development actions to improve productivity and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead pricing strategy while maintaining competitive positioning.
  • Ensure product compliance with international standards.
  • Participate in international exhibitions (Gulfood / ISM / Anuga).
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Optimize product portfolio based on market demand.

Requirements:
  • 5–10 years in Export Sales (FMCG – Confectionery is a must).
  • Proven experience in handling confectionery distribution channels.
  • Proven experience in managing, leading, and developing sales teams.
  • Strong background in international markets (GCC / Africa preferred).
  • Experience in managing distributors and key accounts.
  • Solid understanding of product shelf life, storage conditions, and logistics constraints.
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, LC, and export documentation.
  • Experience in international exhibitions (ISM, Gulfood, etc.).
