IT specialist is required for a multinational consultation engineering company located in Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues (hardware, software, network) in a timely manner.
- Set up and maintain office IT infrastructure (internet, LAN/Wi-Fi, printers, devices).
- Install and configure computers, laptops, and basic software.
- Support employees with IT-related requests and technical issues.
- Monitor and maintain network performance and connectivity.
- Coordinate with external vendors when necessary (ISP, hardware providers, etc.).
- Maintain basic IT inventory (devices, accessories, licenses).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- General understanding of networks (LAN, Wi-Fi setup, routers, switches).
- Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues independently.
