Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist is required for a leading manufacturing- Security Solutions company located in 10th of Ramadan
Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure, including Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), LAN/WAN, VMware, firewalls, storage, backup systems, and network security.
- Manage data center operations, Internet/VPN/LAN connectivity, and implement infrastructure security measures.
- Analyze technical issues, monitor system performance, and recommend enhancements or new technologies.
- Document configurations, changes, and procedures to ensure stability and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors for system support, upgrades, and license renewals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and security.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, virtualization, networking, and data center management.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
