HSE Engineer is required for a multinational PMC company
Job Location: Luxor
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the Project HSE Plan tailored to high-rise construction environments.
- Monitor day-to-day safety operations across construction zones and contractor compliance.
- Assist in reviewing contractor safety management systems, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Ensure HSE requirements are integrated into logistics, lifting plans, temporary works, and construction operations.
- Participate in incident investigations and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Support site emergency response (must follow the internal report protocol).
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly HSE performance reports for internal and client review.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on HSE matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of Experience in the construction and engineering sector preferred Exp Experience in hotel projects.
- Experience in PM/CM and/or construction site experience.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, safety codes, and international safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OSHA).
- Good communication and coordination skills (Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools..
- Certified HSE professional (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA).
- Exposure to Egyptian or Middle East regulatory environments.
