District Manager is required for a reputable Cosmeceutical Company located in Nasr City.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Medical / Sales Representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Build a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales action plans for the district in line with company goals and Identify opportunities to increase market share, expand customer coverage, and optimize territory potential.
- Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to execute regional promotions and brand activations.
- Collaborate with commercial team to ensure product listing and visibility in major accounts/chains and lead accounts activation plans.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded as well as continuously adjust resource allocation to reflect market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Batchelor degree in Pharmacy or in any related field.
- 1-3 proven experience as District Manager with background in pharmaceutical field.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
