“District Sales Manager” is required for a reputable Cosmeceutical Company
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Medical / Sales Representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives
- Build a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement effective sales action plans for the district in line with company goals and identify opportunities to increase market share, expand customer coverage, and optimize territory potential
- Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to execute regional promotions and brand activations
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure product listing and visibility in major accounts/chains and lead accounts activation plans
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded, as well as continuously adjust resource allocation to reflect market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Work location: Mansoura.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in cosmeceuticals, pharmacy OTC, or related healthcare products.
- Excellent command of the English language is a Must
- Proven track record in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy distribution channels and OTC product market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
