“QHSE Lead” is required for a multinational water treatment company located in Smart Village.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the sole QHSE representative on site during the initial phase.
- Establish QHSE policies, procedures, plans, and documentation.
- Develop reporting structures, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Conduct risk assessments, JSAs, method statement reviews, and site inspections.
- Lead incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
- Prepare all QHSE reports, incident reports, and client submissions in English.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
- Coordinate with Site teams, engineers, and contractors on QHSE matters.
- Support client, consultant, and authority requirements.
- Plan future QHSE team structure.
- Support and coordinate the organization’s readiness for ISO certifications through gap analysis and system development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Occupational Health & Safety.
- Minimum 7–10 years of QHSE experience, including hands-on site work and system setup.
- Experience in construction / utilities / infrastructure projects.
- Fluent English is a MUST – strong written skills required for professional reporting.
- Below Certifications are highly preferred.
- NEBOSH IGC (mandatory or highly preferred).
- ISO implementation or audit exposure (Lead Auditor is a strong advantage).
- IOSH / OSHA.
