Personal Admin is required for a multinational FMGC company located in Heliopolis


Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of executive-level reports, presentations, and tracking tools.
  • Manage all meetings, schedules, and calendar activities.
  • Handle travel arrangements for the General Manager, including airline tickets and accommodations
  • Attend meetings when required to record minutes and follow up on action points.
  • Ensure all meeting documentation is prepared and circulated promptly and accurately.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
