"Admin Assistant" is required for a reputable Manufacturing Company located in Misr / Alexandria Desert Road
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing recruitment processes, ensuring accurate documentation and filing.
- Prepare documents for new joiners to enable smooth payroll activation and team integration.
- Efficiently process administration requests to address employee needs.
- Prepare requisitions for office supplies and ensure adequate stock for HR operations.
- Support leavers with exit procedures for a smooth departure.
- Organize incoming correspondence, assess, and respond as necessary.
- Prepare, assemble, and distribute reports and documents.
- Screen incoming phone calls, provide information, or refer to the appropriate person.
- Keep calendar updated for appointment and meeting scheduling.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and databases of business contacts; follow up on pending items.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements and assist with other tasks as assigned.
- Transportationprovided by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or any related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and high standard of social skills.
